THE STORY: This tiny vineyard is located on a soil made of black stones that keep the heat of the sun during the day and restitute this heat to the grapes during the night. This process help the grape to produce more sugar and makes a fantastic concentrated wine to be best served with strong or grilled meats. Aromas of cherries, marmelade and cocoa will transport you in the south of France during summer.
