Tasting notes: In the glass, the nose is an explosion of aromas, on plum, hazelnut, brioche and some notes of white flowers which soften this vigour and its power. The palate is full-bodied and lines the palate with its aromas of ripe fruit, smooth and drooling on the finish. The wine is precise and of remarkable vertical!
About the winery: Based in Celles-Sur-Ource, in Cote des Bar, Roses de Jeanne was created in 2000 when Cedric Bouchard's father gifted him 1ha of Pinot Noir Ursules. Three years later, the production grew in size as he took over some vineyard from his father, ending with 6ha in total. Inspired by his love for Burgundy wine, Cedric followed a unique philosophy from the very beginning: Single vineyard, Single Variety, Single Vintage and No dosage.
